JUNIOR FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• ⁠Roll out new training documents

• Oversee the new coach onboarding process for new managers/coaches of pre-league teams.

• Represent all pre-league groups to ensure a strong communication link and bond exists between new parents & coaches and the club.

• Work with the committee to ensure an inclusive pipeline of new teams remains in place.

• Play a leading role in the planning and execution of pre-season health and fitness programs.
